Data deletion

Request account deletion.

Ask us to delete your LyncDesk business account and the data connected to it, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

1. Enter your business name and the email address on your account.
2. Our team reviews each request by hand and deletes the account, connected social accounts, conversations, customers, inventory, and orders.
3. We reply by email once the request is processed.

We may keep some records when the law requires it, such as payment records for tax and financial reporting. You can also email info@lyncdesk.com.
