Do I get an online shop?
Yes. Every plan includes an online shop made from the products you add, with categories, a sale page, a cart, and checkout with pickup or delivery. Is LyncDesk a marketplace?
No. It is your own shop, on your own link or domain. Customers buy from you, and online payments go to your own payment account. LyncDesk does not bring shoppers to you, so share your link wherever your customers already are.
How do customers pay?
Once the customer confirms the order in the chat or on your online shop, they can pay online by card, bank, or mobile money through the provider you connect (Paystack, Hubtel, or Interswitch), or by transfer to your account. When they tell the assistant they paid by transfer, it saves their reference so you can check it and confirm.
